The house

Not just an outfit. An experience.

The Ethnic Vaarso is Ahmedabad's studio for men who want ethnic and formal wear to feel considered — from the first consultation to the last fitting.

Based at Meghansh Complex on Gurukul Road, Memnagar, the house combines rental rails, made-to-measure cutting and wedding styling under one roof.

The Ethnic Vaarso exists for the days that are photographed: pheras, receptions, engagements, sangeet nights. The studio does not treat those hours as a costume change. A stylist starts with the occasion, the time of day and how you stand in clothes, then builds a look from heritage embroidery or a quieter modern line. Some clients hire a sherwani for a single ceremony. Others commission a piece that will be worn again. Many do both — one custom ceremony outfit, rented looks for the rest of the week. The Memnagar studio is a working atelier: trials, measurements, pressing and pickup happen here, not through an anonymous warehouse.

What makes the studio different?

  • Rental and bespoke sit side by side, so the advice is not biased to a sale.
  • Trials are appointments, not a queue at a changing curtain.
  • Groom packages include the finishing pieces, not only the jacket.
  • The same team can dress brothers and fathers in related tones.
